About us

Our services

We set up and run business systems for owner-led service businesses: inbox, contacts and lead pipeline, booking calendar, confirmations, reminders and related automations. The scope, price and timeline for each client are agreed in writing before work starts.

Audit call

The audit call is free and carries no obligation.

Payment

  • The setup fee is paid before the build begins.
  • Monthly services are billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe.
  • Where a third-party service has its own fee, such as a messaging connection, you pay that provider directly. We tell you about these before you commit.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel a monthly service with 30 days' notice by email to [email protected]. The service and billing continue until the notice period ends.
  • The setup fee is non-refundable once the build has started.

Support and changes

Monthly services include a weekly live group support call, where questions are answered and small changes are made. Bigger builds and new features are quoted separately.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access and accurate information we need, and you are responsible for the content of the messages your system sends and for having your customers' permission to contact them.

Third-party software

Our systems run on third-party software. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or feature changes made by those providers, but we will help you work around them.

Liability

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Data protection

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information. Where we handle your customers' personal data for you, we do so as your processor and will sign a data processing agreement on request.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell existing clients before changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
