Who we are

CEO Systems is a trading name of Jason Best, Galway, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal information described here. Contact us at [email protected].

What we collect

  • Details you give us when you contact us or book a call: your name, email address, phone number, business name and anything you tell us about your business.
  • Messages and call notes from our conversations with you.
  • If you become a client: billing details and the information we need to set up and run your system. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical information when you visit this website, such as your IP address and browser type, collected by our website hosting provider.

Why we use it

  • To reply to you, book and hold calls, and prepare for them (our legitimate interests, or steps you ask us to take before a contract).
  • To deliver the services you buy from us (performance of a contract).
  • To keep invoices and business records (legal obligation).
  • To send you updates by email only where you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect it: our CRM and website hosting provider, our email provider, Stripe for payments, and our accountant.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers store data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months. Client records are kept for 6 years after the work ends, as Irish tax rules require. After that, we delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy to take elsewhere, or withdraw consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at www.dataprotection.ie.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies it needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we will update this page and ask for your consent first.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
